Profile

David has been practicing complementary medicine for the last 12 years with a special interest in the Oriental concept of health and healing and structural bodywork. He has worked as a massage therapist at Bray studios and also ran a practice of integrated complementary medicine on the Isle of Wight.

For 15 years David studied traditional Japanese martial arts where he was first introduced to the Oriental healing art of Amatsu which was traditionally taught alongside the martial arts of Budo Taijutsu. David achieved the rank of 4th Dan black belt in Budo Taijutsu and his introduction to Amatsu proved influential in his continuation of exploring and studying a range of Oriental healing therapies as well as Western systems of massage and bodywork.
